I have updated my ratings to factor in 5 things. Out of the box, Security, Customization, Add-ons and Appearance. The reason I chose these factors is because these are what cater to the average user. The average user isn't going to notice the speed difference nor are they going to care about web standards. They just want a browser that works for their needs and this is what my tests aim to do is find the best browser that suites anyone's needs.
Safari is a good choice for those who want speed but don't like Opera or Chrome. It's now getting add-ons for MAC users and I'm sure Windows users will also get add-ons as well.
The downsides to Safari is it lacks almost everything outside of speed and Acid 3 Test. It's second least secure, It's customization and add-ons current trail everyone except for Opera.
Overall Safari isn't a bad browser it is an upgrade security wise over Internet Explorer and it is a very fast browser that has faired well on the Acid 3 Test. Safari is more for Apple fanboys and those who want speed but don't like Opera or Chrome and Find Firefox too unstable.
Best:
Speed
More Stable Than Firefox
Does Well On Acid 3 Test
Worst:
Second Lowest In Security
Lacks Customization And Add-ons [But Could Change Soon]
